Does PM Device ZERO also reset the combat lvl?

Ive screwed up my tech PM and I like to start over with it(its has 12 striking).
But its combat level is 127.

It resets everything to zero.

Quick question since we're on topic.
Does zero'ing your PM causes the Nanotranser X's to disappear as well? For example use 4 of them to extend to x/500, but since you want to reset it for a reason, does it mean it will go back to x/300?
I think it does reset it as well, but I'd like confirmation. =o

They need to make it so I can transfer my bot over to my other character, or at least give me its partner card because I have 3 bots but only one has its battle status over 170 and would rather not lvl another one up at this point.
