Gamertag, Account Management, Memberships; it tells you when you signed up and when your current account will end/need renewed/auto-renew with credit card.

Maybe people just need to take more of an active role in things they do as opposed to expecting everything to be automated for them. QQ more?

Microsoft actually does e-mail you over a week in advance when it's time for your account to be rebilled, and reminds you to make sure your information is up to date.

This is why you don't use bullshit e-mail addresses when signing up for things, especially things that involve money.

I do like the fact that I get an E-mail each time something gets charged to my credit card through XBox LIVE, or I have some kind of payment settings modified. When it comes to money and your credit it's reassuring to know when anything might be amiss.
