Now of course I'm going to be searching google for this to, but I wanted to see what PSOWers here have to offer.

I am addicted to spicy food, I literally have withdrawl symptoms if I don't eat something spicy within a period of a few days (everything begins tasting like crap, I'm constantly agitated, nothing looks good to eat, I get annoyed because we don't have anything near my level in heat.) For those of you that know what the scoville scale is, I eat well above 100,000 units no problem, and I'd prefer recipes much higher. The hottest pepper I have to me readily available at a grocery store is habaneros. Thing is, hardly anyone in this house has ever really used peppers as a main ingrediant, an no one knows how to cook them well (peppers just normally aren't in our diets, save salsa and hot sauce.)

Recipes for salsas, chicken, and pretty much anything else is welcomed (save ramen, don't bother with those recipes.) Hot sauce recomendations are fine to, though preferably one I could find in a store rather than order online.

ah I can't stand spicy food, but I'm impressed by people who can
manage it. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

Dave's Insanity Sauce is the only sauce ever banned from the National Fiery Foods Show.

Habanero peppers can be diced and cooked with soups, if you cook any (such as posole).

You might want to check out stores like Costco or Sam's Club for specialty items as well, you never know what you'll find.

I'm currently out of ingredients I need for my Ninja Rice. (And as I've told you before, I don't actually measure them out but I know how much to put in.) So when I get these ingredients, (you have to order them online) I'll make sure you get the recipe. And by that I mean, I'll measure them out.

Try the naga jolokia pepper, it makes habaneros look like mints.

I really want to eat something made with this. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_yes.gif

I love spicy food, but if I'm really hungry, I have to find a balance between "mmm, this is deliciously spicy!" and "OH GOD THE FIRES OF HELL FILL MY MOUTH SUFFERING ARGH." It's frustrating when you want to eat but your mouth feels like the core of the sun. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

I recommend you visit New Orleans. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif I think the cuisine there would satisfy you, but maybe not if you like habaneros... Man, I consider myself a fan of spicy food, but even I have my limit.

Now that I have a developed love of spicy food, I need to go get some real etouffee in New Orleans. There used to be a restaurant around here that served some wonderfully HOT etouffee, but they got taken over by a corporation or something. The etouffee is now totally not spicy at ALL. ;_;

Damn, I wish I had that sort of capsaicin theshold. 100,000 Scoville is about my limit.

By the way...I'd hate to be the one cleaning your bathroom.
