PSO-XBox: RAmar? is it better?

So i was just wondering because im about to maje a new char, whats better RAmar or RAcast. I know RAmar is well rounded but what about RAcast?
I personally like RAmar better but idk im thinking RAmar.

I'd go with Ramar. R/D, I find, is much more helpful with Rangers than traps are.

resta is the main reason

Resta and Shifta/Deband make RAmar better for offline/solo play IMO. Online/multi play is a different story

Yeah the RAmar's techs are invaluable solo, lets face it you can carry alot more TP for Resta for healing then you can with mates. Plus Shifta/Deband are priceless in solo, the RAcast is strong but a beefed RAmar can wipe the floor with a solo RAcast when you do area races against your friends. Also if you're looking to take this character to Ultimate the RAmar would be better because of his whopping ATA, special attacks and mechguns actually work with him. Basically if you have a force with high Shifta/Deband at your disposal use the RAcast if not then pick the RAmar.
