The database here has some info on it. I assume that its accurate. When I entered the information it listed lv 31 mayalee to be stuck at SE2.

You know... the difference between SE2 and 3 for Zalure is LOL. Hell, the difference between no Zalure at all, and SE4 Zalure is LOL.

Twin Mayalee kills neutral enemies faster than other Twin bullets. Less than 21, Twin Mayalee does about the same damage as proper elemental bullets, because of the low element %. Saves PA space if you're an AT, don't need SE, or if you don't really use twins that much.
