hi all
I have had a couple situations where I find a kick ass weapon, where it is found as a ??? blue name.
When taken to the tekker the name was revealed in yellow.
Now, the words are NOT in all caps like the SPECIAL ITEM yellow names.
But normal like - Chaos Calibur
It was a sword which rules and noone else I have seen has this.
So waht xactly is the difference betwenn all caps and not all caps rare items?
