PSOBB: Submitting scripts?

I thought I would put some time in and write down some of the scripts for Blueburst Government quests. Where can I submit these? I haven't completed any yet but I'm in the process of writing the script for 9-1.

There's a little problem with accuracy when it comes to the private servers which might be a problem... since the private server's don't exactly save the progress of previous episodes once you log off (Kireek's defeat, sue remembering your name, Ash and Bernie etc.), they don't seem to remember you in Ep4.

I'm not sure if that's how it was on the original servers as well but over on the un-named ones, nobody seems to really remember you.

I won't be able to get the different sayings or events if the events of Ep 1&2 make a difference in the Ep4 story, so maybe someone who's played on the official can answer that for me.
