I seen such things long ago with official signing and
information stuff. but forget where, also I wonder
how they send those petitions to the company,
or maybe they just email them the link?

all I could find is a site that lets you make
tournamebt brackets. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I would start by talking to an attorney. You can try the whole grass roots thing if it's not actually that big a deal to you, but you're not going to get anything accomplished without any sort of media coverage, and your quickest route to media coverage is to walk into a law firm. There, you can take counsel from a professional who knows what forms to file, how to get people into places to solicit signatures, and formal training on how to argue effectively.

If you're dead serious about doing something like this, then that's what I suggest you should do.

Get ACTUAL signatures. Name, address, and phone number. On paper. No websites, no e-mails.
