No.. no it doesn't, sure it has big name people, but the jokes are going to be extremely stupid. Its written by both Ben Stiller(who isn't funny) and Justin Theroux, who hasn't written ANYTHING.

Personally I think the movie will be terrible, but of course people will watch it because it has Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr. and other various people who have starred in B movies/TV

Will I watch it probably(only because I get paid to.)
Will I enjoy it not likely.

normally i would agree because i cant stand black or stiller.

but the premise behind Robert Downey Jr's character is just gold

It will suck. Robert Downey Jr's character might be decent. Other than that, I can't see it offering much.

Every big name comedy movie released since Old School has been exactly the same.
