Percents on rares and red lettering?

Ok i was just wondering if RARE weaps that have the hacked 127%'s can still find rares if you have them equipped like i played PSOX online and noobs gave me hacked items and i was just wondering if it effects drops? not hacked mags or *99 dimates that kinda thing i just mean if the only hacked thing you have is your 127% weap?

Aslo i was wondering if red letters on rares effect drops too?
I have a custom sword call UMYBITCH and i wanna know if that kinda thing also effects drop rates of rares?

no, they won't.

Only two things affect rare drop rates: mags over level 200 and stacking. That's it, nothing else. Lettering on S-Rank weapons and hacked %'s do NOT affect rare drop rates.

Ok thx but what about if i have a dark flow thats hacked because you cant legitly get it in game
