mag pb power?

the main site says that it determines the power of a photon blast yet my mags iq is at 200 butits syncros low and it does 400 ¬_¬

even sync affects damage.

pb is light based damage, remember that.
iq affects alot but synch also boosts it up a litle as i have tested it, also atp of your char also affects the pb damage since i have done different damage without shifta bonus and i have done also less damage when i change weapon. (tested by me)
