Ep. 2 offline challenge mode weapon question

Are the Ep.2 offline S-rank challenge mode weapons the same as the online Ep.2 S-Rank weapons? I really want the S-Rank J-cutter for my fomar without going online... (ep.2 offline challenge mode is in plus only)

No they're not the same
and I thought the J-Cutter was only on DC challenge
or was that the S-Rank J-Blade/Sword

If you don't, which makes me sad, then what do you get for getting an S-Rank?

And in general, you will never be able to obtain S-rank weapons in offline C-mode.

The Ep2 Offline C-Mode prizes are the same as Ep1 except for the following items:

Blue Ring - Requires A-Rank
Green Ring - Requires B-Rank
