i know duping is a bad thing but most of u dont know me.. my life on pso is basically battling and challenge mode. the reason i dupe is so my character can look cool with good stuff. i dont brag about my duping or all the items i have. i play the game it should be played; its not cheating cause im not using a cheating device..its not my problem that ST had a little bug that allowed players to dupe..oh and one more thing this may be a little irrelavent to the topic but i believe that all these fsod's and corruptions is to get rid of peoples dupes(just my opinion)

Sheesh! You people act as if you can't live without dupes! Play the game it was meant to be played! Have patience! (And for surviving Ultimate Caves, spend a few hours building up a LV200 MAG, find a Gugnir with a Hit+, a 4-slotted armor, and reach LV90+. You can do this WITHOUT duping.)

Responses:

1. I never stated you lived for duping. Therefore I cannot be as "retarded."

However, I doubt that term befits you any longer. I have had the privilege to work with mentally handicap/slow learning students and they have more sense than you.

In what respect you may ask? I will elaborate in the next point.

2. The students I worked with went to Wal-Mart every Wednesday to improve their shopping and social skills. They knew when a potential purchase was worth the cost or not.

This normally innate thought process has become a part of our society, but dupers seem to have no concept of it.

When you purchase something, the enjoyment or utilization of the product will meet or exceed the initial cost. However, by duping, you completely disregard this fact. How? Because the game is based solely on collecting items and leveling your character(s).

So I pose this question to you, why would you consciously waste your time and money on a product you will get no satisfaction from?

If you don't believe anything I said, ask an economist.

What I just outlined for you was diminishing marginal costs, except here there is no diminishing cost since the value of what the product has to offer for you is, once you begin to dupe/use dupes, nothing.
