color tags?

Are there any color tags for this kind of forum?
i simply don't know how to do it.

let's say i want a blue text or a customized color text (#XXXXXX), what do i need to do?

As you can tell can from experience, colors are easy to abuse, specially when we have text size & font type to play with now.

Also, due to the number of themes the old forums had, having a fixed poster set color might show up on some themes, but not others (blended with background). Having the color based on theme makes it equally visible to all.
