Okay, so at the very beginning of this quest, the Principal tells you that it's a special simulation that he prepared himself. No big deal, right? Try talking to the person directly in front of the Temple teleporter at the Lab: "Not even the Principal and the military have access to this area." How, pray tell, did the Principal create a simulation specifically for that technology without access to the area? Maybe he's got a spy or something...
