Striker of Chao

How exactly do you make the darn thing. I've got a 200 Chao mag, and a Branch of PakuPaku, and my Force has 745 MST. I'm wondering, do you have to equip both of them and still have over 695 MST, if so thats the problem. Anyways, thanks for any help.

First of all is your fo lvl 100 or more? Cause it if he isnt then it wont work.
