Rare Item Drop Frequency?

how exactly does your luck and section id affect the frequency of a rare item drop?

i was playing today and i had like 30 rares drop... >_>;; like 5 blade dance, 5 virista, 4 DB saber, and all this other crap which drop multiple times -_-;;;

Luck, the stat, only affects your critical hit rate. section ID affects what you find and where you find stuff, not how often. Although I suppose if your ID finds more rares, like if the total your ID can find is higher then the rest, I suppose you have a better chance of gettin a rare to drop.

i play an oran hucaseal and i find real crap. i just got my mil lilliy (finally!) and it dropped me a useless rare. a sense plate. cant even use it till lv 141 and my brightness circle is far better.
