how to cancel my psu guardians license?

I know it's a silly question but I forget how to cancel my psu guardians license. Also, how am I supposed to cancel my xbox live gold membership? It keeps renewing itself every month without my say and there's no option to cancel it in account membership.

1-800-4MY-XBOX is the number you have to call for canceling your PSU account, probably the same for LIVE Gold.
