I have a 100 Strike PM and I started making some Graters (6* GRM Knuckles). The success rate with an elemental attribute is at 90%. I've made 6* striking weapons before. I thought the success rate would be lower than this, since the success rate for 5* striking is 86%. Has anyone else run across this?
