It can't combo and its special isn't all that great.

This was a mis-match question cuz by far Double Cannon.

Double cannon for 6 hits compare to 1 hit from Dark Flow

Also you can only use Dark Flow's special when your hp is very low, and once u can use it, it's special totally sucks. Double cannon gets 6 strong hits in, that makes it much stronger then the dark flow even if the flow could combo.

Dark Flow sucks. Double cannon is a great weapon, one of the best.
