Fixing links in forum section

When you are on the main forum, there are the links on the left, containing guides and stuff, if you click on the guides secion of PSO or PSU you will get a broken link.

PSU guides:
link is : http://www.pso-world.com/forums/sections.php?op=viewtopsection&section=Phantasy+Star+Universe&secver=1
it should be this: http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewtopsection&section=Phantasy+Star+Universe&secver=1

PSO guides
link is: http://www.pso-world.com/forums/sections.php
should be this: http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php

didn't tested all the other links.
