The only charge will be the initial purchase of the UMD. No online fees since it's not online.

Yup, theres no way they'd charge fees on a PSP game, Monster Hunter Freedom would if they could.

Wait. I'm a little confused here. Do you need to get a UMD for this as well? The website keeps making me believe you do. It is just a downloadable right?

yes its a demo.
in japan they got UMD's for the demo, which they could just copy to their memory stick. which i believe is what they did and uploaded it online for us.
