PSO Hacked?

i heard the craziest line of garbage tonight. someone was telling me that PSO was being TRULY hacked by PC users now... is this at all true? they said that they had seen new enemies, played challenge C7 - C9, that they were now hacking weapons that were 0/0/100/100/100%

does anyone know if this is indeed true? i for one havent seen any weapons like that or even heard anyone talking about them. they said they can dupe 10,000 weapons at a time ect.. wtf is this all about?
