Damn I heard a few classes could get it in Vhard, namely Yellowboze which gets just about every enemy part more frequentely.

Ugh..I have tried so many runs there and nothing. But I heard it only attacks once and has a splash attack like rafoie. Its special also hits more than one enemy.

It's a pretty seet looking bazooka that's for sure.

I play a 199 Offline RAmar so I've never seen one in action but it's more of a collectors thing.
