yamata-misaki synth rate

say I get a yamata-misaki board...it says its synth rate is ??-92%...my pm is lvl 1...do I still have a 92% chance of synth the weapon with a low lvl pm?...or do I need 2 give it to someone else with a higher lvl pm, that specializes in striking weapons? thanks in advance...

I think he means he checked the database and saw ??-92%

It means that at most you can have 92%, thats with a 100 striking PM... and the ?? means no one has been dumb enough to put it in a PM with 0 Striking... Sooo... Haha.

ya, in that case give it to a friend, if you ut stuff in an undeveloped pm don't blame the game if it fails. Blame the game developer. Jk
