A final set of rules have been formed:
CHANNEL RULES:
1) No spam
2) No harassing people
3) No scripts
4) No cheating
5) No excessive swearing
6) No racist, sexist, homophobic, or xenophobic language
7) No netspeak. Especially no use of "lol"

Now imagine that being pasted in the channel twice a second until someone is able to kick him. The average time it takes to get a kick in is anywhere between 2-5 seconds. This is what we call spam.
