wrong forum. The official servers are down so you'll have to use a private server to play. Use google to find them, because at pso-w we arent allowed to say their names or how to find them other than using google.

Please note these private servers are illegal. Not that it matters to anybody.

But on the main server you'll probably play on, yes, it's very heavily populated for a free server. You'll easily be able to find a game, no matter your level.
