Hello everyone http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif I was just wondering if anyone ,could officially confirm the theory that A.T.A having an higher ata effects the chances of a force freezing a monster or landing megid on him? I am just wondering because,it makes sense but at the same time it doesnt *LOL* .

I can't officially confirm anything, but from my experience with a total of about 400 levels of various Force characters, I haven't noticed ATA making a difference at all with any techniques. It's all about spell level for Megid (and a FOnewearl's Megid bonus helps as well) and Gi/Rabarta, as well as a bit of luck (and I don't mean LCK http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif).
I'm about 99.9% sure on this, I just don't wanna say I can confirm it. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

I don't think ATA affect magic. It's only for Phisical attacks(guns or sabers). Maybe luck affects the freezing or paralyzing % and the level.

ATA does not affect techs because techs NEVER miss...

Actually lower level techs miss all the time.

Techniques hit 100% of the time. The only thing that affects range is the level of the tech (not including bonus of support techs). Only time they miss is if the enemies move out of the way, which may occur if your tech is slow. Instant hit techs such as Grants and zonde never misses. Either way, you'll never see "miss" when using a tech.

LUCK does not affect Megid or Freeze.

MST I believe is how much strength is in the technique and how much damage it does outside of the technique's level.
