From PC to PSP downloading detailed guide needed

I am not as computer skilled as much as i wish i was,so could someone give a more detailed step by step on how to get this from your PC to your PSP.

I have the file downloaded onto my PC
So what's next?PLEASE list all the buttons on my PC i need to hit to do this and in the correct order.THX...

Decompress the file you downloaded and copy the included eboot.pbp and file.fpb to the location along the lines of the image at the bottom of this page.

How do you decompress the file,Theres no decompress option...

I was afraid of that. Time to redownload. Go here: http://phantasystar.sega.jp/psp/trial/step3/ click the big red button you see and save the file (psp.zip) to somewhere. Open that zip and you should have an extract option (XP or later). Extract. Connect your psp via USB cable to your PC. Alternatively, remove your memory stick from your PSP and connect it via a memory card reader to your pc.

Move the files you extracted from the zip to your memory stick ala the pictures on the above webpage.

GOOGLE is your friend, use it.

Ok my memory stick is indecatining that it has new data on it but under games it list nothing so if by chance i somehow got the correct data on my memory stick how do i accsess it?
