couple question about sphering

1. can an item be sphered if it has 0 in a percent?
2. how do i trade photon drops for spheres?
3. how do i add percents to weopons?

1. Yes, as long there aren't 3 percents already.
2. 99 PDs for 1 sphere in Gallon's shop quest.
3. Side quest for ET.

I take back what I said. You can add percents after doing West Tower, not East Tower.
