offline rare hunt question

If i have hacked weapons in my storage and i use legit weapons to hunt will still have no chance of finding rares?

The only thing that hinders achieving rares are having the following items in your inventory:

-Having a mag with stats over 200 (I think both total and individual, in other words, a mag with 50/50/50/51 will stop rares as well as a 201/0/0/0 mag).
-Having items in stacks higher than the maximum stack rate (13 Difluids)
-Having weapons with over 100% in a stat

In otherwords, just as long as one of those three things is not in your inventory, you will be able to find rares. Keeping them in your bank does not affect you at all.
