where are these sites kept?

ok, so i will post this here on the east coast at 9:20 pm. the post will say 1:20 am. Where the hell is this place, in the middle of the pacific?? possibly greenland???

The site defaults in GMT+10, you can change the settings in your user CP under edit options.
