Rares and Levels

I think that if you want a rarer item, esp. in ultimate mode, you have to be at a higher level (over 100ish?). I'm in ultimate caves right now with my fomar lvl 78, and I get killed every time someone touches me, if they can (doors are great). I only got a stag cutlery from an el rappy, and it stopped there. It takes about an hour and a half to go through ult. forest, which is veeeeeery long, and just as long to go through two rooms in the caves(most i've gone is 5, hehehe). So I think you have to be at higher levels to get rares. When I go back to vhard and hard, I always get the rares I was looking for at that time, like magic rock moola and stuff. So my theory is to wait around.

That's not so much a matter of rare frequency, just the ability to survive and to kill enough enemies to get a rare. Low level people like yourself can't kill enough to get by, let alone to get rares.
