How do i use this i know its a mag item but i don't know what the mags pre-requisets are.

This mag cell is only usable on a Naga mag. To make a naga mag have a Type I force raise it to pow>dex>mind and defence under 45 at level 50 or for type II force its mind>dex>pow and def under 45 at level 50.

The stats for how to make the Naga mag listed on the above url are different from what Guntz348 is saying, so I don't know which is right. I do know that I haven't had any problems following the directions in the mag gallery there on EP1&2 so far... Anyone know if the mag gallery is up to date?
