I'm trying to get my lvl 66 HUcaseal into ultimate mode [I'm in VHard Caves currently], and I'm thinking about finally starting to use my materials to start boosting my stats so I can get all the way through VHard.
My question is that on the page which has the max stats for lvl 200 characters [http://www.pso-world.com/classes.php?class=HUcaseal] it lists in one collum GC Lvl 200 BASE and in annother GC Lvl 200 MAX. Now does that max stat include equipment, slots, and mags, or is it just the base stat wihtout any equipment on?
