PC: Language Settings & Release Query

Does the PC release of PSO have language settings as goes the GCN release? Is it possible to set the game to run in English?

I've played both the offline and online PSO PC demos, which lead me to believe there would be a NA or international release of some kind ... I'm guessing I've either missed it or it hasn't happened, would someone please fill me in?

All versions of PSO support a number of languages. As for release, the PC version hasn't been released anywhere outside of Japan and Asia, so far.
