Can We Go To Ult.?

Just yesterday, my neighbor (who got me into PSO in the first place) got to ulimate for the first time. We were so excited to go to ultimate together, but for some reason, we couldn't. We can both go to the caves (I had to watch him beat the forest) so I don't get what the problem is. Can anyone help us out?:-(

You both have to be on level 80+ to play ultimate offline together.

I know BOOL in real life. BOOL is lv. 76 and his friend is lv. 77..... so I'm guessing they can't go.:(
