Do these corruption get all of your characters? Or just the one character you were playing with? Thats my question, just wondering.

Isn't it the actual memory card itself that gets corrupted?

it's the save data that gets corrupted

yeah, ALL PSO data gets corrupted (guild card, system file, and characters file)
