The 5/5 42% will win every time. When in doubt, go for the higher percentage, because your base stats will have a much larger effect than any ATP your weapon gives you.

What's funny is you could probably sell the 10/10 for a hell of a lot more to someone, hehe.

I'm not sure if i did the math quite right but the way i did it the 10/10 one would do around 70 more damage to dark monsters. The formula i used is, (Base attack + weapon attack)/5 , i use that to find out what you would hit for, which would be 645 with the 5/5, and it would be 747 with the 10/10. then i just multiply those two number by the percent the weapon is and the 42% comes out to 915 on a normal attack and the 32% comes out to 986. Now im not totally sure thats right but you should give it a try. =)
