I know in the last story mission you were able to go back to an earlier one after u finished it and u had a new option to choose from, when u picked or did this thing something new was unlocked in the newer story mission. (A.K.A. Hatless lou)

i beat both of the new story missions and received and S ranking at the end.

i recieved a partner card but its not on my list and i only have 190 friends so i dont understand y i did not recieve the partner card did this happen to anyone else
