What's the best place to find Amplifers and the Barriers Yellow, Red, Blue, and Recovery.

I have alot of extra amps if you want to set up a trade. No spare barriers tho. I need lvl 20+ techs...

Sadly I got a corrupt game so I just restarted I'm just in Hard mode with 2 characters. I had found a Recovery Barrier and Red Barrier before then in Hard levels but can't remember where exactly.
