the non sega servers? yes they are still up, they are called private servers and we can't say much exept that they exist.

Basically, I have been told that I can play my own private server, but it seems my internet is messed up,a nd I have no idea what's going on, and I don't know if it's okay to discuss on the site.

We don't allow pretty much any discussion about private servers.

I will say: making your own is very tough, it is easier to use one that is run by someone else. We are not allowed to say how to make your own or how to connect to another private server. The most we can say is: Google.
