Mag Help:How do I get/make a Garuda Mag?

I'm an Oran,RAcast with a rappy mag,34 power.16 defense,20 dexterity and 6 mind(accidentaly since mines a robot),is too late to make a Garuda mag?Do i have to get anew mag and star over again to make the mag?Any hints are appreciated,Thanks :)

Being a ranger, you can't get a Garuda mag. You might consider a rare mag, as they can pump you.
