Best ranger ID?

So I'm making a new RAmar, and I wanna know which ID gives a spread needle, frozen shooter and a good mechgun. Or just suggest whatever you think is best.

Those 3 things are very top priority?

Purplenum, easily. It is the Mechgun ID, is one of the Frozen Shooter IDs, and gets Spread Needle from a Merlan (1/901).

Other decent IDs:
Whitill- Slicer as main, but many Mechs, also gets FS. No SN.
Redria- Armor ID, few (no?) mechs, no FS, SN from Dark Bringer.
Yellowboze- All around ID. Gets 9* Mechs, Frozen Shooter, and SN from Merlan.

Alright thanks. Got any tips on what materials I should use? Should I use purely power and luck materials or what?

Obviously luck and power. That is the RAmar's main focus. And going with those weapons, DFP/EVP is not needed since you likely are not going to get hit so much. MST is useless considering RAmar's low max MST.

I can also make some suggestions on material usage if you think your new RAmar will ever hit 200. You'll need a God/Ability and another God/Unit of some kind to max out his stats, so purplenum is a really good choice. Let's say you go G/A - God/Mind: 77 power, 66 defense, 32 mind, 27 evade and 35 luck. You mag would be 5/140/48/7. Of course, that's level 200. You could go with a 5/150/45/0 mag until you get there.
If you don't plan to hit 200 or get a G/A, go ahead and pour all your materials into power and luck. You'd rock the block pretty hard that way.
