The Linksys wireless bridge works great for GC, and PS2. Anyways you might not be able to find the BBA because Nintendo no longer makes them, atleast that is what my local EB Games told me. You can however order them from http://www.toysnjoys.com which is a very reliable site for all your game needs.

Go to store.nintendo.com they have adapters for sale.

The wireless bridge is basically a box that recieves the wireless signal, and has an ethernet plug coming out of it that plugs into the bba.

Yes, they do still make them, EB guys are wrong. Best Buy has them in stock now around here. As do Wal-mart and Target.

I use the wireless ethernet bridge as well. Best Buy has some good deals going on them this week, $80 I think. It might be Circuit City or CompUSA. I suppose because the new Wireless-G crap is coming out. The ethernet bridge is what LinkSYS advertises as their game console solution. I'm surprised to hear it doesn't work with xbox, there must be some settings you can change in the admin areas, or something. They say how to use it with xbox right here (http://www.linksys.com/splash/wetxbox.asp).

A quick question on this: I currently use a wireless bridge for my PC, but it connects using the USB port not ethernet (the USB version was cheaper). Does anyone know of a solution whereby I can connect my GC (with a BBA) and the wireless bridge I currently have?

No, I don't believe it will work. See, you have the USB Adapter, rather than the Ethernet Bridge, and the problem with the usb solution is that it requires software on the computer that connects to it. The reason the ethernet bridge works so well is because it does not require any special software, it's basically just a wireless ethernet extension cable.

Bugger. That's what I figured. Oh well, I guess I'll have to stick with modem options. Thanks.
