Anyone Know Where to get PSO PC HACK?

Been playing offline for a while, it sucks a lot because of the weapon dropping and slow gameplay. Anyone know of a hack site for PSO for PC because I'm sick of leveling, I just want to have fun. And no I don't hack on online versions because it tends to be a lot more enjoyable.
