some question about rare enemies?

hi i'm new of the forum, so i have same question to do about rare enemies:

i have phantasy star online ep.1&2 (PAL europe) with a HUcast viridia at lv 132




1)there is some method to decrease the drop rate of enemy?for example

viridia:yasha,melqueeek 1/67217 the drop rate is too high and i killed a lot of them but nothing


2)is that really true that the beat time does not influence the rare enemies frequency?

for example:i made the telepipe trick for forest of sorrow to find hildetorr a lot of time but nothing but today with a beat time of 348 i find it the 2nd time and the 4th time.why? the beat time doesen't minimally rise the % to find enemy


3)does the beat time is different from PAL to NTCS game ? if is yes there is a guide or a list to find them for pal game

4)in the program"beat caluculator " there isn't the time zone for europe:CET

1. Only if you have AR. And no asking for codes.
2. Beat time does not effect drops or rare enemy appearance.
3 + 4. Don't know.
