title-How is this done?
specifically what role do weapon %s play in the calculation. I was always under the auspicious that %s applied only to weapon power taking a form of : ((Weapon atp) + ((weapon atp) x (weapon%/100))) = total weapon power....
for example take a 42% gekitsnata.. it would look like : (652 + (652 x .42)) = 652 + 274 = 926 ... However lately ive been hearing that this might not be the case..
Can anyone clear this up for me?
