I Highly doubt that .-.
its not impossible because Agito Repca's are going to be dropped made during some events but its not impossible.

I had heard a rumor that they were going to drop, also that rattlesnakes were going to drop too. I think they said the carnival, but I'm not sure

Shred the Darkness event. Which even has it's own GBR too. :P

I think the Rattlesnake dropped made on S2. (Also on Shred the Darkness). I can't say anything about Dengeki, since I missed it. >.>

shred the darkness will have lots of psycho wands dropping
mission carnaval will drop rattlesnake boards
as far as i know none of these weapons will drop made

blackbull if you want however will drop made in a LOT of locations. new story mission, mines of illusion and sure theres more?
