Ok so i wanna change my settings so i go to the options not in game but when you starting the game and theres nothing on screen size it wont let me apply the settings unless i choose a screen size but i cant is there anything i can do about this?

I had the very same problem. All I can say to you is... are you running this on a laptop? If so, do you have an extra monitor around? If the answer is yes, then get that monitor connected to your laptop, and change your screen size there. Sigh.... apparently PSU and laptops have problems.

try taking it off of window mode and run in full screen? I have successfully run PSU on two laptops.

Thats the problem i wanna put it in full screen but i cant i can still play PSU but i wanna run it in better quality.
